Upon arriving, you will be greeted and offered a refreshing beverage.

We will have a thorough consultation where we will discuss your lifestyle, hair goals, hair likes, and dislikes and gather a game plan specifically for you.

If we are doing a color service, I will walk you to the back and show you where the restrooms are located along with a color smock to protect your clothing. I will mix up a color formulation designed just for you, as we discussed in our consultation. After your color has processed we will head over to the shampoo bowl where you can relax and drift off to sleep while I shampoo your hair.

New clients will enjoy a complimentary power dose treatment as a thank you for being my guest.

Once nap time is over we will head back to my chair and I will walk you through a series of products to help you best achieve your desired style. I will then cut your hair or do just a blowout, whichever you prefer.

After we finish your service, I would love to take a picture to share on social media but this is completely up to you. If you don’t wish to have your picture taken, that is ok too.

Finally, I will walk you to the front desk where all of the amazing products we used will be waiting for you to take home. The front desk will assist you in pre-booking your next visit so we can maintain your new style.
